Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit, we will either reship your order or provide a full refund.

However, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If your order is stolen after delivery, we offer two options:

Reshipment: You may request a replacement shipment. Reshipping fees may apply.
